Notes

Doc Brown's Great Scott Ale is a Scottish Style Ale inspired by the legendary Three Floyd's Robert the Bruce Ale. It pours a clear, brown-ruby color and retains a stout like light tan head. Doc Brown has mild milk chocolate, stone, mild fruit, roasted caramel, and mild nutty characteristics. Future versions would work towards improving the chocolate and roasted flavors, a better malt profile and a bit more sweet fruit on the finish.
