Notes

The second Black malt addition was a steep. After mashing I didn't think the sweet wort had enough of the black malt profile. The steeping helped. Next time I'll just use the full 12 oz in the mash.

Reserved 2.5 gallons at keg time to a carboy for further conditioning to observe if it helps the flavor. Will also add the spices back in before bottling this reserve to see how that contributes. (added 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon to bottles)
