Notes

Cut up 3 large grapefruit, scoop out meat. Place in bowl with enough water to cover and and heat to 160F. Cover bowl and let cool to 125F and add 1/2 tspn of pectin enzyme and let set for 6hrs. Add contents into primary fermenter before pitching yeast. Add boiled wort then pitch yeast. Ferment for 14 days. Add the 2 oz of Citra hops for the "dry hops" to secondary then rack primary on top. Let set for another 7 days and rack to keg.
