Notes

Go with multi-rest again 140-145 for 30 and 152 for 30. For this batch try using a starter with proper pitch rate instead of dry yeast pack. Use 2 Safale-US05 with 1.25L starter. Bag and sink hops this time. Went with all pellet hops. Still target 11 day dryhop.
