Notes

Boiled 7 gal down to 5. 90 min mash gave me 72% efficiency. Recipe was supposed to have lb of chocolate malt, but couldnt find the lb I have somewhere! Compensated with more black.

Taste Notes: delicious! Roasty, and crisper than intended without the chocolate, but good. Coffee comes through with the black malt.

Breakfast in a bottle ;-)
