Measured Brix 8x and it was between 11.8-14, avg 12.7. Actual boil off and OG still didn't jive at all. So 1.044 is calculated pre-boil gravity. |

~4.75 gal in keg + 3 bottles. Placed keg in fridge on 12 psi. Put priming sugar in bottles for 3 week carbonation period @ 68F. |

Lager period 4d. Slightly hazy. Smooth, rich mouthfeel, not too complex yet, but no off flavors. Can be served with caveats. |

About 7 weeks in the keg, this beer is delicious. Creamy mouthfeel with crisp, perfectly bitter and spicy hop flavor. Only thing I'd do is slightly lower mash temp and move bit of flavor hops to aroma. |
