Started steep of grains in 3 gallons of water at 14:50.
Boil at 15:20. Added boiling hops.
15:50. Added Magnum hops.
16:05. Added Irish Moss.
16:15. Added Finishing hops.
16:20. Off boil. Start cooling with immersion chiller
Pitched yeast at night and placed in downstairs bathroom.
Set temp on heater in bathroom at 68 degrees. |

Transferred to keg. Gravity not where I wanted it. The fermentation seemed to stall at transfer. |
