leaks in bulkheads, need to repair. aeration in sparge, may want to try smaller hose out to brew pot from mash tun. sparged out at 160F. Ambient outside temp was 50F. mash pH was 5.2
Fermentation started within 10-16 hours. |

missing only the sour-ness of Guinness.
Next time, higher sparge water to increase the orginal OG, Mash at 152 to get slightly more body. 1.048 - 1.010 would be nice. |
