Notes

So this is the 5th incarnation of this recipe, I have yet to brew this myself. The big difference between this and the last batch is the increase in wheat malt (from 850gm to 2kg) and the respective decrease in pilsner malt (from 3.5 to 2.4kg).
I have also made other variations using Willamette hops as the bittering addition and this will be the first %100 tettnang edition - which makes it a style match.
