Lower than expected OG. Temperature adjusted to 1.046 from 1.044. Placed fermentor in basement with ambient temp of 71F. Brew-o-Meter reads 72F. |

Had a blowout with a good bit of yeast/foam pushing up through airlock. Once it slowed I sanitized another airlock replaced the clogged one with it. |

Still some foam being pushed into the airlock, but it was minimal. Fermentation is still strong at 68F. |

Room still 70F and Fermentor still 72F. Place it in tub of 70F water and wrapped it with a wet towel to keep temp down. |

Primed with 8 oz. of Clover Honey, disolved into 1 cup of boiling water.
Filled 51 12 oz bottles and 2 22 oz bottles. |
