WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

This is the finest IPA I have brewed to date. It is everything an IPA should be and more. It costs a little more, but it is worth it. Tastes better than some of the major craft beers...

This is a great beer if you like something between an IPA or double IPA style. It is fresh, citrusy, crisp and fully hopped.

This recipe did not taste too strong either, but at 7% it is definitely an IPA but perhaps just shy of some double IPAs.

Give this recipe a try... well worth it.
