whirlpool after flame out until the temp reads 180 then chill, I used a stainless trub filter before my plate chiller with a 0.3mm Filter Net to strain

this should come out a little sweet at first so carb to compensate, I let this age 15 days, the flavor improved and beer cleared perfect
