Notes

Total of 5 Gallons RO Water needed. Add salts per Other Ingredients list.

Put 3.5 Gallons in the kettle to mash in. Heat up 1.5 gallon of water to 170F to wash the grain ball after pulled from kettle. Add Palm sugar to wort while it is heating to the boil.

Should end up with 4.25 gallons to boil. This will leave 3.7 gallons for the fermenter.
