Pitch yeast at 65 and ramp up to 75 over the next 48 hours. This needs to attenuate completely

Gordon from Funkwerks lists a starting gravity of 1.064 and finishing gravity of 1.005. IBU's of 30, although he suggests we may want to increase 60 minute additions slightly to account for the fact that Funkwerks does a whirlpool hop addition. His ABV shows at 8%.

Carbonate to about 3 volumes and serve at 50 degrees.

Brewer comments that this beer is 'Bursting with aroma's of passion fruit, mango and peach' from the Rakau hops and overlaid with pepper and ginger from the yeast.
