Notes

This was intended to be a trappist single; however, the brew shop was out of the proper yeast. This ended up becoming a saison. It was a little bit too bitter, but otherwise it was a very nice, dry, citrusy saison. I would suggest cutting down roughly 10 IBU's if you plan to brew this.
