A little vigorous on the boil meant a reduced volume to the fermenter...only 38 lt (max) so will struggle to fill 2 kegs.
Also - trub filter blocked with 2 micron filter screen in place, had to dismantle and remove from the tube. Will avoid this in the future. Need to factor in additional 1lt of losses due to trub filter |

Clean fermentation. Bang on the attenuation point. A little tasteless at this stage - but is a best bitter!! probably needs a good dry-hopping |

1 and 2/3 kegs packaged. Very clean green beer, but a Beer Brite added to each keg, purged and left to condition.
Yeast trub had compacted to a thick turd which took ages to drop out. 500ml taken before it loosened.
Collected 1 litre of loose flow for next brew. |

Still fairly bland in taste and a little cloudy an usual. 50g Columbus and 50g Cluster added to each keg (dry hopping) for 2 weeks to try and rescue the brew |
