Notes

Achieved an excellent deep reddish and mahogany color. The wort was fantastic and had a nice mouthfeel.

Boilover*********

I changed the recipe 20 minutes into the boil. I decided to add 1 oz of Mosaic pellets for some aroma. The smell was wonderful of fruit and tropical sweetness.

I achieved about a 7 to 7.5 gallon batch and it finished with an OG of 1.091. I used the converter tool at 70 degrees Fahrenheit and calibrated to 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
