This is a modified Northern Brewer kit that can be found here:

I added 2 pound of sugar to boost the ABV, and added the DME and sugar at 30 minutes in the boil to raise the IBUs. The kit recipe calls for 0.5 oz of Centennial at 60 minutes, but the kit comes with a full ounce. I added 0.5 oz at the start of the boil, and over the next 30 minutes I periodically threw in 3-4 pellets every few minutes.
