Notes

This beer turned out nice and clear, very hoppy and a bit underattenuated. This was one of the brews that I tried BIAB method. Looking back I learned that method causes low fermentbility issues due to the extra thin mash....something to do with enzymes. Of the hops used, Galaxy and Australian Summer were the most aromatic. Both would be good SMASH candidates. I also learned that the extra dry hops cause a pretty significant haze in the final brew. I will brew this beer again but will use my traditional mash and sparge method, reduce the amount of dry hops, and maybe simplify the hop bill in general.
