Notes

All hops will be combined into a single mixture and weighed out into equal sized sample cups for additions every 5 minutes starting with the first one after kettle has been boiling for 5 minutes (15 additions). After fermentation is complete will dry hop with likely Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin.
