Notes

菜の花(rape blossoms)を使用したPaleAle。
現在のレシピではWPにて投入予定。もしもしっかりと香りをつけたい場合は、発酵タンクにて漬け込み。
ホップは花の香りがでやすいLoralを使用。
花の香りであれば酵母をセゾン酵母に変更してもバランス的に問題なし。
