Notes

Using cosmic punch but no wheat/oats. Striving for a hoppy clear pale ale and not a hazy.

Add some low alpha mash hops due to thiolied yeast.

Biofining this with 10ml/5gal or maybe going back to using gelatin? Maybe even gelatin in the fermenter. We shall see.

Pound of hops in 12 gallon batch. Should be ok.
