3 gallons Boston water, pinch of potassium metabisulfite overnight

Use shake n brew method with boiling water, DME, and hops for 5 minutes. Pour into fermenter, no chill overnight, and ferment at 68. Rack on top of 2 gallons of lemonade in serving keg, chill and carbonate. Optionally, spund for 2 days until desired carb level is achieved and halt fermentation by chilling.

Water Gallons  Quarts
Boil water added to kettle (equipment estimates 2.94 g | 11.7 qt) 2.86 11.4
Volume increase from sugar/extract (early additions) 0.39 1.6
Pre boil volume (equipment estimates 3.33 g | 13.3 qt) 3.25 13

WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.
