At about 2.5 weeks in bottle, it is a nice and dry beer with a decent amount of caramel and roast. I think it is too dark and not toasty enough and there is almost no head at this point. The finish is a little chemical or yeasty tasting. Will try again after 3 weeks of conditioning and a week or more in fridge. |
