Based on Birdwatchers Tomato Paste Wash recipe. Maintain 28-35 c temp range in fermentation stage. Should be dry in 3-4 days. Then distill in pot still stripping run then spirit run. Can wood age at 56abv or leave for 10-20 days in glass then proof down to 42%.
