WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

NEED TO PITCH CORRECT AMOUNT! should be 380B-409B Cells which is 3 packets or starter. Do Sparge and shoot for 75 percent eff. Ferment at 50F until 75% complete on gravity then pull temp down to 45F for 3 Days. You should be able to clear diacetyl by dropping temp if you pitched correctly, perform forced diacetyl test to confirm if diacetyl still present either hold at 45F or raise to 68F until dicetyl is gone. Cold Crash at 35F then add gelatin finings, hold for 3-5 days. Transfer into keg or bottle at 2.5 volumes of Co2. I Keg and pressurize at 14 psi for 10 days at serving temp 45F
