Notes

Added 11 litre to sparge which took it to 25 litres, boil down to 23 litres (with lid off)
Just prior to boil add 5 drops Axe Foam
Accidentally added my mid hops at start of boil (ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!)
Reduced 20 min addition hops
20 min - put immersion chiller in boil
10 min - Add whir floc tablet
10 min - Add yeast nutrient
After Boil
20 mins whirlpool
Added whirlpool hops at 60 C temp to attempt to reduce bitterness but still get some aroma and taste
10 mins to settle
