Notes

I am pretty new to brewing so I wanted to make something with easy to obtain ingredients from MoreBeer as my LHBS unfortunately shut down. I picked malts that were easy to find on MoreBeer that were not very expensive and could also get them milled as I do not have a grain mill myself! I tried a lemon wheat beer at a bar and wanted to try my hand at a simple american wheat beer and try adding the lemon with the lemondrop hops. I may try to make this beer a few times to expand on the lemon notes with using crystalized lemon or lemon zest depending on how this one turns out!
