Notes

Strike water 65 C added grain and stirred at 30 min for 60 min boil
Sparge water (78 C) added to make 27 litre
Brought to the boil 100 C (added 6 drops of Foam Axe while
bringing to the boil)
Added first addition of hops at boil
Boiled with the lid off down to approx 23 litre
Added yeast nurtrient @ 10 min
Added Clarity tablet @ 5 min
Turned pump on and whirl pool for 20 mins
Turned chiller on during rest of 10 mins
Added yeast and clarity ferm to carboy
Fermenated @ 19 C
22 Dec 2024 - increased fermentation temp 22 C
27 Dec 2024 - racked in keg and chilled
28 Dec 2024 - Kegged and carbonated

NOTES FOR NEXT TIME ***

Had to adjust for new batch of hops with higher AA. Brought IBU down to 55 which was much better.
Perfect! no need to adjust
