just asked Fred at artisan homebrew to provide me ingredients for Kolsch recipe. forgot to ask what kind of malt.

mashed in 2 pots, strained through cheese cloth to ferment bucket then transferred back to both pots for 1 hour boil. pitched hops at 10 and 50

forgot to measure SG (pre and post)

didn't write down hops type
