Notes

Bring to a boil 6.5 gal of water and add the wheat.

Add the remaining wheat Malt 15 minutes from the end of the boil.
shut off heat and add berries, do not boil.

In the secondary you can add for heavy berry taste raspberry extract prior to bottling, (I do not). Remember you can always add more but if you add too much there's no going back if you don't like it.

With this yeast it takes 12-14 days at 65-68 degrees. Be patient.

Very berry taste, light amber tint with a lasting head. This yeast will drop and clear making a sparkling fruity beer. Great for the holidays!
