Notes

Ferment the four containers (96oz each) of Great Value 100% Apple Juice in glass carboy with 1/2lb of brown sugar and US-05 Ale yeast. After fermentation is complete, transfer to secondary and add mulling spices. After a few weeks, transfer to keg and add 64oz of 100% Cranberry Juice (Great Value) and 1 can of frozen apple juice concentrate to back sweeten.
