Expected FG was 1.015. Gravity was 1.008 when Temperature was raised to 71F for the diacetyl rest.
Perform Diacetyl Rest for 3 days ending 7am 10/21/24. Gravity finished at 1.006 which was 9 points lower than the recipe indicated it would be. The yeast attenuated higher than the recipe assumed it would. |
