Notes

Use Pestel and Mortar to grind up Vanilla Beans and Cocoa Nibs

This recipe reflects my actual brew. I did not take into account the late addition of lactose, which made my pre-boil gravity seem low. I tried to remedy a problem that didn't exist - boiled off too much, and ended up with higher abv and a lower amount in fermenter.
