Notes

This is a hybrid of Chapeau de Dix Gallons. I took my advice and bittered with Nugget....really excellent! Used Citra and Amarillo in the body and at the finish. Great IPA hop bill in a beautiful Bretted base grain base....a really typical Marsh Farmhouse brew. I am barrel tasting now. Really superb!!
