Notes

I wound up using about 5oz of Brooklyn maple coffee. IMO, this is too much. Rebrewing, I would do 3oz. Also this is set up as 6 gallons; really would be better at 5 gallons (I miscalculated boil off).

This would make a more balanced beer.
