Aqueça litros de água até 72.C, despeje o malte moido na água e mexa bem com a colher, a temperatura cairá para 68.C., mantenha nesta temperatura por 60 minutos, mexendo sempre que ligar o fogo. Após 60 minutos subir a temperatura para 78.C, desligue o fogo. Lavagem dos grãos e recirculação.
