Brewing Notes:

Double crush wheat.. . reduce aeration...open fermentation. Acid rest at 113 for 15.

Pitch at 62, raise to 72 by Day 5

Efficiency dialed down due to all the wheat. DME was added to the boil due to missing pre boil gravity.
