Notes

Prepare a Vodka cold mash, including:

10 g. Amarillo hop pellets
8 g. Coriander (grounded)
12 g. Cardamome (crushed)
6 g. Ginger (grated)
2 g. Allspice (grounded)

Not much Vodka, just enough to cover everything. Leave at room temperature for at least 5 days. Strain and pour into beer while cold conditioning (after fermentation).
