13.8 brix OG.
5.8 brix FG.
Used the Irish ale yeast from the coffee stout.
This turned out to be amazing.
I could experiment with a bigger dry hop.
The original dry hop was the Cascade for 3 days and removed. Then the galena and Amarillo for 2 days and removed.
