Notes

Started from a recipe developed for a multiple decoction mash. Melanoidin added for flavor and color, and some of the vienna was replaced with dark munich to darken things up further. I may have gotten carried away with my changes, so it bears relatively little resemblance to the original recipe, so I'll just have to brew it and see how it goes.
