Used 2 packages Cali and one safale US05 since ran out of Cali and didn't used enough in extra caraboy


Chill was about 40 min; whirlpool for that entire timr but not being precise with 30 min at 160 etc, just kept chilling.

Reduced boil off in calcs to 8 from 11 qts
