Old, but I think this is a good recipe framework for blonde and light lager. The author's IBU doesn't quite jive with the hops AA in his recipe, ie., they come across higher in my program. I think best to shoot towards his 23 IBU target or 20 IBU like the middle of the style. jr 9/1/2024

I've used Nottingham ... quite a few times and have always loved the end results. Especially when fermented down at 62.
Its really a simple recipe and changing yeast up from time to time mixes things up a bit. Try WYeast 2565 (kolsch) or Nottingham in the future. They both work really well
