Notes

All salt additions are split between the strike water and the hot liquor tank. I use 80L in the HLT and 50L in the strike water.
I got 36L of wort from my initial mash after mashing out at 72c, so I sparged with 28L of water from the HLT which gave me 59L of wort in the boil tank.
