Notes

San Loosha Light. A simple tropical BIAB brewed as an ale. This is a clone of Piton Beer which is only available on the island of St Lucia in the West Indies.

This is a one-gallon recipe. It is a light brew with gentle hopping. I don't have a lot of sophisticated equipment, and I brew with a simple straight forward BIAB process. Special note: The hops are Loral from the west coast. The AA is quite low at 3.1. I used a heaping tablespoon of pellets divided in 4 parts and added every 15 minutes...no finishing hops.
