Notes

If fresh hopping:

  • swap 1 pound of fresh hops for every ounce of pellets after the boil
  • add 4ml of lactic acid AFTER whirlpool
  • replace dry hop additions with: turn off the heat, add 1 lbs of fresh hops every ten minutes for the next 40-70 minutes (4-7lbs)
