Notes

Ferment at 65 for 2 to 3 days then raise the temperature by 1 degree per day until 72-75 degrees is reached.

Add Cherries and almond extract at day 4. 2 lbs per gallon of cherries, which should ferment in the beer for about a month. Add 1 drop (no more, as per Randy Mosher) of almond extract can be added to primary.
