Notes

Duvel clone - tasting great out of the fermentor with a little natural dissolved CO2. Very similar to Duvel. Great Belgian phenolics, pepper, spice, fruit.

After a week in the keg, tasting very good and Duvel/Belgian-like. IBUs are right - any less and it would be not enough IBU - at least in my process. No noticeable off-flavors or alcohol/fusel issues. Dangerous beer at 8.5%. Still cloudy but getting clearer. A/B'd with a good bottle of Duvel and the taste is very close, carbonation is close but head retention is better with Duvel.
