Notes

Pitted 1/2 lb cherries and brought to 190 degrees before adding to "boil". Bring to 190 degrees farenheit for 15 min to sterilize, add cherries for last 5 min. Add 1 tsp yeast nutrient at 10 min. Add Pectin Enzyme during cooling at 80 degrees.
