Dry Hop #2. 7/30/2024. 7:00 PM. 8/1 Removed hops, temp @ 34 .
8/4 Racked to a carboy lots of trud! Volume down to 5.5 gallons.
8/5 Bottled 5.5 gallons X 7.25 oz dextrose. Co2 volume = 3.2
Good but not great lacks that citrus punch I wanted.
May have dry hopped to long .
